Financial Planning Professional - Home Based

The successful candidate will have a desire to make a real difference to the lives of clients, as well as the ambition and diligence to drive business growth, improve company operations and ensure the delivery of a remarkable service.

The role will include delivering a structured advice process to support clients in:

  • Identifying what a fulfilling life looks like for them.

  • Understanding their current financial position.

  • Structuring their personal finances to support them in living the lifestyle they desire.

  • Supporting the business owner to drive process improvement, business growth and excellent client outcomes.


To be suitable for this role you must have:​

  • A genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • QCF Level 4 diploma (minimum) and experience in advising clients.

  • The ability to work in a small team as well as independently.

  • The desire to be involved for the long term in developing an exceptional company.

  • The self-motivation, drive and organisational skills required to work remotely.


Also an advantage:​


  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans including content creation, design, social media management.

  • Process improvement experience.


Consideration will be given to part time/flexible hours for the right candidate.
