• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; we aim to avoid complexity and jargon and try to help clients understand potentially complex topics

• Proactive attitude; a willingness to learn as well as to challenge existing business practices to drive improvements.

• Confident speaking with third party companies e.g. mortgage companies, solicitors, pension companies etc.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong numerical skills, comfortable working with figures.
